REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Bullitt County Health Department (BCHD) is accepting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for an Electronic Health Records system. Detailed specifications may be requested via email at Kimberly.Rummage@bullitthealth.org or by calling 502-955-7837 ext. 2210. The specifications will also be accessible through www.BullittHealth.org.
Requests for Proposals must be sealed and submitted in accordance with the specifications no later than 4:00 pm EST on July 21, 2026. RFPs will be opened at 10:00 am EST on July 22, 2026, at the Administrative Offices of BCHD at 183 Lees Valley Road, Shepherdsville, KY 40165. An award is anticipated to be made by July 31, 2026.
BCHD reserves the right to reject any or all RFPs, waive irregularities, and consider alternative criteria not explicitly set forth herein. No RFP submission shall be construed as a binding contract with BCHD.
RFPs may be submitted by mail to Bullitt County Health Department, ATTN: Electronic Health Records, 181 Lees Valley Road, Shepherdsville, KY 40165, or by personal delivery to the Administrative Office at 183 Lees Valley Road, Shepherdsville, KY 40165.
