BID NOTICE
The Bullitt County Health Department (BCHD) is accepting Bids for Preventive Maintenance Service Agreements for mechanical systems at its facilities located at 181 Lees Valley Road and 183 Lees Valley Road in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. Bids must be sealed and submitted in accordance with the specifications, no later than 4:00 pm EST/3:00 pm CST on September 21, 2026. Bids will be opened at 10:00 am EST/9:00 am CST on September 22, 2026, at the Administrative Offices of BCHD at 183 Lees Valley Road, Shepherdsville, KY 40165. An award is anticipated to be made by October 1, 2026.
BCHD reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive irregularities, and consider alternative criteria not explicitly set forth herein. No Bid submission shall be construed as a binding contract with BCHD.
Bids may be submitted by mail to the Bullitt County Health Department, ATTN: Preventive Maintenance, 181 Lees Valley Road, Shepherdsville, KY 40165, or by personal delivery to the Administrative Office at 183 Lees Valley Road, Shepherdsville, KY 40165.
