Bid Notices

The Bullitt County Health Department (BCHD) is accepting sealed bids for the sale of the following item:

 

• 2015 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck

 

Item is being sold “as-is” with no warranties or representations. Payment must be received, and any awarded item must be removed within ten (10) days of the bid's acceptance.

 

All bids must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside with the label "Sealed Bid for the purchase of 2015 Chevy Silverado." Bids will be accepted until April 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened at 9:00 am on April 21, 2026.  Bids will be evaluated, a bid award will be made, and the successful bidder will be notified by 4:00 pm on April 23, 2026.

 

BCHD reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and consider alternative criteria not explicitly set forth herein.  No bid submission shall be construed as a binding contract with BCHD.

 

Bids may be submitted via mail to Bullitt County Health Department, Attn. BCHD Bid, 181 Lees Valley Road, Shepherdsville, KY 40165, or via personal delivery to the Administrative Office at 183 Lees Valley Road, Shepherdsville, KY 40165.
