Clinic

The Bullitt County Health Department offers a range of clinical and preventive health services to support the health and well-being of individuals and families throughout the community. Services include immunizations, WIC, nutrition and diabetes services, sexually transmitted infection (STI) and HIV testing and treatment, tuberculosis testing and case management, and other essential public health services.

Laboratory services provided through the Bullitt County Health Department are performed in partnership with the Kentucky Department for Public Health’s Division of Laboratory Services. The Division provides specialized public health testing and laboratory support to help identify, monitor, and prevent diseases and other health threats across Kentucky. Additional information about available laboratory services can be found on the Division of Laboratory Services website.

Kentucky Medicaid renewals and account updates are managed through kynect. Medicaid members should keep their mailing address, phone number, email address, income, and other household information up to date to ensure they receive important notices about their coverage and annual renewal. Missing or outdated information could delay the renewal process or affect continued coverage. Visit kynect.ky.gov to review your information, report changes, and manage your Medicaid benefits.

You can also get help from your local Department for Community Based Services (DCBS) staff and from kynectors. To find a kynector or your local DCBS office, please visit: kynect.ky.gov/healthcoverage.

Kentucky Department of Public Health (KDPH) is excited to announce that you can now access and print immunization records through the new Kentucky Immunization Registry (KYIR) Public Portal. The records can help you learn if you and your family are up to date on vaccinations when compared to routine vaccination schedules as well as be provided to school, work and other entities that request immunization records. You can also access your COVID-19 vaccine information.

On the KYIR Public Portal, you can access a digital copy of your immunization records. For more information, visit:

The Bullitt County Health Department does not currently provide Family Planning services. Individuals seeking family planning information or services are encouraged to visit the Kentucky Family Planning Program through the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services or use the HHS Office of Population Affairs (OPA) Family Planning Clinic Locator to find a provider near them.
